You will receive a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement as an out-of-network (OON) provider. Please check with your insurance to confirm OON benefits. Concierge care is considered health and wellness or general care. Not to be considered physical therapy for any particular medical condition. This service is not be reimbursed by most insurances.
